Ingredients Vanilla Cupcakes (24 cupcakes approximately):

3 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon table salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
Standard 1 1/2 cups sugar
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups milk

Butter Frosting:

2 1/2 bars (225 grams) unsalted butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk

Preparation Vanilla Cupcakes:

Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Grease 24 muffin cups.
Mix well the flour with the baking powder and salt in a medium bowl.
In a separate bowl, beat butter with sugar until fluffy. While beating, add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
Add the powder to the mixture, alternating with the milk, mixing until all lumps break, but no more beating.
Pour batter into prepared pans, filling them up to three quarters of its capacity. Bake until they are spongy to the touch, about 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool in pans for 10 minutes. Then unmold and place on wire racks to cool completely.

Whisk in a bowl the butter and vanilla until creamy. Add the powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, beating well after each addition. Add milk and continue beating until the frosting is fluffy. Decorate cupcakes with this cold bitumen.
